Thanks to all our valued members who registered to attend our 57th Annual General Meeting to be held virtually on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 3 p.m. We have closed registration to ensure that all technical and regulatory requirements are in place to host you successfully on the day of the event.
All Members are invited to attend our virtual Annual General Meeting. In order to participate and vote, you will be required to register by Sunday, May 2, 2021, at midnight.
Member Registration Process
The process for registration is outlined below:
Click here and enter your Full Name, Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN), Mobile Number, and Email Address. (Registration now closed)
Registration confirmation will be sent to your email address with the meeting link.

At the selected time on the Agenda, members will be advised when to vote.
Each member will be provided with the voting link and you will be required to click in the field provided to make your selection and then submit
Once submitted, your vote is final
The Department of Co-operatives and Friendly Societies will provide oversight for the voting process.
The results will be shared by the Chairman and will be published on screen
