61st Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Registration

Members are required to register to attend the 61^st Annual General Meeting (AGM) online only. 

To participate and vote, you must register online by Sunday, September 21, 2025, at midnight.

Complete the mandatory fields - Name, Taxpayer Registration Number (TRN), Mobile Number, and Email address.  Each member must have their own email address; that is, one email address cannot be used to register multiple members.

After successful registration, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

Joining the AGM

To join the meeting on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 3:00 p.m., please click on the link that was sent to your email and input your full name.  Should you require assistance with joining the AGM, please call or WhatsApp 876-525-7419 or send an email to: info@cwjcu.com.

During the AGM, feel free to share your questions in the Chat or send us a WhatsApp message at 876-525-7419. We’ll do our best to address some enquiries at the meeting, and if needed, we’ll reach out to you afterward.

Voting Process 

• At the selected time on the Agenda, members will be advised when to vote. 
• Each member will be provided with the voting link in the “meeting Chat”.  You will be required to click the link, make your selection in the field provided and then submit.
• Once submitted, your vote is final.
• The Department of Co-operatives and Friendly Societies will provide oversight of the voting process.
• The results will be presented by the Chairman and will be published on screen.

How to Use the Raise Hand/Chat Feature

At appropriate times during the AGM, you will be required to vote, or you may want to ask a question. You are invited to use the “Raise Hand” or the “Chat” feature to ensure you do not interrupt the meeting. 

How to use the Raise Hand Feature

To use the “Raise Hand” feature from your desktop, click on the “Reactions” button.  Then click on the button labelled “Raise Hand”.

Your digital hand is now raised, and when you are acknowledged to speak, turn on your video (if off) by clicking on the video icon (as shown below) and the audio icon (as shown below) at the bottom of the screen. 

By selecting these icons, your camera view will appear on screen, and the buttons will look like the images below:

 Once you have completed your intervention, kindly press “Lower Hand” and mute your mic.

How to use the Chat Feature

When in the Zoom meeting, click or tap on that is located at the bottom window.  The chat window will appear in a window if you are in full screen, and on the right if you are not in full screen. 

Type your message and press Enter to send it.

The Credit Union has implemented several measures to protect personal data obtained at this 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM), these include, but are not limited to the following:

• Your data will be restricted to only authorised personnel through the use of secure passwords and role-based access controls.
• Strong encryption methods will be used to secure your personal data both in transit and at rest, ensuring that unauthorized individuals cannot access the data.
• Physical copies of documents containing your personal data are stored in locked cabinets.
