How do I apply for the CWJCCUL Mastercard?

Online

1. Visit cwjcu.com then click on Internet Banking -> Login and go to the “Applications” tab. Select “Mastercard”.
2. Read and agree to the terms, then complete and submit the application.
3. You will receive an email notification that your application has been successfully submitted.
4. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) will contact you within 2 working days to assist with completing your application. You may be required to submit a copy of your ID (Driver’s license, national ID, passport), Proof of Address should your information be outdated.
5. The processing may take up to 10 business days and you will be contacted when your card is ready.

In-Branch at any of the 21 C&WJCCUL branches island wide

1. Complete and sign application form and terms/agreement
2. Take your ID (Driver’s license, national ID, passport) and proof of address to the branch
3. Sign completed application form and terms/agreement
4. Allow 10 business days for processing.  A CSR will contact you to advise when to collect your card

Not Yet a Member?

If you are not yet a member, click the Membership menu then Online Membership Application to apply for membership. Upon completion of Membership, you will receive your Member Number and then you can proceed to register for Internet Banking by selecting Internet Banking menu option and then Sign-Up Now!
